242 - Bass River #4

Bass River #4 is a small site that is part of three locations forming a chain of uplands islands emerged through the salt marsh.  Bass River #7 was a site of a colonial era farm now owned by the Forsythe National Wildlife refuge.  Bass River #6 is another uplands island in the chain once used as the access road to the farm.
