Unconfined Disposal Site
137 – Oyster Creek #4
Oyster Creek #4 is a privately-owned unconfined disposal site along the northern channel of Oyster Creek in Lacey Twp. The 4.7-acre site is oblong in shape, approximately 100ft x 1500ft. It is moderately vegetated with Phragmites and brush. The site is adjacent to several dirt roads that run parallel to two other Oyster Creek disposal sites (#1, #2). Access to the dirt roads can be gained from South Main Street. However, private property signs are posted and the road is gated off from public access. Therefore, no sediment samples, cores, or GPS data were obtained for this site. |
