162 – Middle Sedge
Middle Sedge is a
state-owned unconfined disposal site (UDS) located on Middle Thorofare in Toms
River Township. It is a very small site consisting of just 0.25 acres of dredge
material. The dredge material placed consists
of one small symmetrical pile as well as sporadic placement along the eastern
shores of the Thorofare. Moderate vegetation has developed along this region
which also is positioned adjacent to
