Unconfined Disposal Site

169 – Breakwater Creek

Breakwater Creek is a municipally-owned unconfined disposal site (UDS) in Point Pleasant Borough. The 0.9 acre site is located where the Metedeconk River flows into the mouth of Beaverdam Creek. The site is moderately vegetated and fairly symmetrical in shape. GPS and sediment data were not collected for the site. The material appears to be sandy in nature due to the vegetation cover and the existence of multiple bare spots that are very light in color.
